Most products sold by Gerhard's are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product.
Gerhard's does not manufacture, design, alter, or control the products we sell. As a result:
- We are not a party to the manufacturer's warranty.
- We do not provide any additional express or implied warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
- This includes any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
To obtain warranty service for a defective product, please contact your salesperson, Customer Service, or follow the warranty instructions provided by the manufacturer.
