The Site is provided by Gerhards Kitchen Bath & Lighting Store, a division of First Supply LLC ("Gerhards"). You may use the Site for lawful purposes only and may not use it in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law.

To purchase products or save projects, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed; if an item is unavailable after order, we will notify you and offer a substitute or refund.
4. Orders & Payment
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Gerhards reserves the right to accept or decline any order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on shipping address.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — text, images, logos, product photography, brand names — is owned by Gerhards or its licensors (Kohler, Delta, Moen, etc.) and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gerhards is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products purchased through it. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
