Overview
The 500XL3 Pressure Reducing Valve works effectively for industrial waters lines and commercial systems with high-flow rate capacity and low falloff. The patented integral venturi enables the valve to have best in-class flow performance. The direct-acting integral by-pass design prevents buildup of excessive system pressure caused by thermal expansion. The balanced piston design enables the regulator to react in a smooth and responsive manner to changes in system flow demand, while at the same time, providing protection from inlet pressure changes. The all-bronze body, stainless-steel stem and cartridge internals provide superior corrosion resistance and increases product life offering the ultimate value to the owner. High-range pressure capability allows for adjustment between 75-125 psi.
